Description
This was taken during the summer of 2005. My sister and I had just spent the better part of our afternoon in the basement because of tornado warnings. I walked outside onto the deck of my house and I had to take a picture of this. It was so amazing and awe inspiring. It was frightening to know that that thunderhead had just passed over our house.
As it turns out there were actually 28 tornados spotted. Not all of them touched the ground but they were formed none the less. I'm glad to be alive.

Nice shot of an anvil shaped cumlonimbus cloud, I bet that was scary it looks like it could spawn a tornado
